陆燕老师在年轻教师中属于比较能干，比较有想法的。这个课背后是陆燕老师一次次的磨课，为了上好这节课，陆老师上了四次这样的课，晚上回去做PPT做到半夜，这样的精神值得我们年轻老师学习。再一次次的磨课后，主动和包老师沟通交流哪里需要改进，就是因为这样的努力，整节课陆老师上的很流畅，比较自然，学生们状态也非常好，整堂课贯彻了听说读看写的课堂理念。陆老师的上课的笑容也很有感染力，深受孩子们的喜欢。
